1. Define your business idea. If you already have an idea or if you are already considering a number, make decisions and ultimately choose the type of businesses and companies who want to build. It is also a document that allows you and your partner (if any) to find potential weaknesses or areas that could be considered insignificant. 3. Plasma business vision. This is a tangible part of your business, but it is very important for generating energy and enthusiasm needed to work and achieve great things. All major employers know the value of having a vision and mission of your company that all employees share. Dream big and write what you expect from your company’s short-term, medium and longer term.
4. Creating a market survey. 5. Determine your company’s image. The image of the company you have to do with the name you choose, slogans, colors that we use in advertising and everything that defines what you want to project.
